Terms and Conditions

• Orders are placed based on prepayment.

• A Carer auto assistant arrives at the specified location and performs visual and technical diagnostics of the vehicle.

• Account creation is not required.

• The customer must ensure access to the vehicle at the specified address.

• LLC Carer reserves the right to decline service if the location is deemed unsafe or if the provided information is inaccurate.

By placing an order, the customer agrees to the following:

• If the auto assistant does not arrive at the specified location, the full payment will be refunded.

• Refunds are processed within 3–5 business days to the same account used for payment.

• If the service has been successfully provided, the payment is non-refundable.

• Orders may be canceled no later than 4 hours prior to the scheduled visit.
